Main responsibilities of the position:
Identify opportunities in manufacturing, welding, and painting processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and design efficient manufacturing processes that optimize resource utilization.
Evaluate and analyze production, welding, and/or painting processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Research and implement new technologies and production methodologies, welding automation, and/or painting to improve processes.
Collaborate with designers to redefine tools, equipment, and/or products to make them easier and more economical to manufacture.
