WFM Lead: Forecasting, Scheduling & Real-Time Ops

eClerx is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting in Manila. The role focuses on managing staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency while achieving service level targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in Operations or WFM, and be proficient in using WFM tools and Excel. Leadership skills and experience in a BPO environment are advantageous.
