Job Title: WHMCS Administrator Hosterella LLC is seeking an experienced WHMCS Administrator to manage and maintain our WHMCS console. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our web hosting billing and automation platform, ensuring smooth service delivery for our customers. Responsibilities

• Manage WHMCS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Administer client accounts, orders, invoices, and support tickets
• Maintain provisioning modules, payment gateways, and add-ons
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
• Manage domain registrations, SSL certificates, and hosting accounts
• Handle automation workflows, including suspensions, terminations, and welcome emails
• Liaise with technical support teams to resolve client issues
• Implement security best practices and perform regular backups
