Wholesale Operations Coordinator

SCOPE OF WORK

As an independent contractor, you will provide wholesale operations, EDI transaction management, and customer experience support services. You will determine your own methods and processes for completing deliverables.

Primary Deliverables:

Wholesale Operations & Order Management

• Process wholesale order entry (confirm pricing, quantities, ship dates, terms)
• Send order confirmations to buyers and representatives
• Manage pick tickets and order flow
• Monitor open orders for on-time shipping
• Maintain accurate order records
