Windows Administrator

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms
• Escalating cases to L3 Infrastructure/application team if needed
• Performing regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
• Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storage
• Liaising with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
• Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
• 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
• Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
