What you will do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
- Work with the development team to identify and address impediments to their workflow.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog and effective sprint planning.
- Foster a team environment that encourages self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on team performance, helping the team to meet their commitments.
