• Field execution workflows
• Shape digital workpack strategy and field enablement
• Outline integration with asset and inventory systems
• Identify efficiency levers (automation, central planning, remote ops)
• Recommend tool landscape and integration points
• Define master data dependencies (assets, spares, work orders)
• Identify digitisation opportunities

Profile

• 12–18 yrs in utility field operations / maintenance
• Exposure to centralised work management models (GCC advantage)
• Preferably experience in SAP PM, Maximo, or Ora...
