Workday Engagement Manager

Workday Engagement / Project Managers coordinate, monitor, and lead projects from kickoff through Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Phase 1 and Phase X projects, including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management
• Lead Workday projects for a global customer base. Manage the project scope, quality, resources, and timeline to ensure projects are successfully delivered to plan on time and within budget.
• Monitor and communicate project status, milestones, and overall performance to stakeholders. Own, create and maintain documentation (status reports, RAID logs, dashboards, project plans,etc) to track performance.
• Identify risks and issues within the project plan, communicate risks to stakeholders and internal management, and drive initiatives to mitigate/resolve risks within a timeline manner. Escalate performance concerns to internal management as applicable.
