• 5+ years implementing, supporting, or operating Workday HCM
• Designed, built, and supported 75+ Workday integrations
• Developed 5+ Workday Extend applications and Orchestrate integrations
• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend model components and application development
• Extensive reporting experience using Report Writer , Calculated Fields , dashboards, scorecards, composite/matrix reports, Workday Hubs , and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Built and maintained 3+ Workday Prism Analytics use cases
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR systems, data structures, and end-to-end data flows
