Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite) Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic Use Workday Prism Analytics to source, blend, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources Support financial and payroll reporting , ensuring accuracy and usability Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions Proactively analyze reporting requests to ensure the right solution is delivered Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and governance standards Identify opportunities for reporting efficiency, automation, and improved data visibility Support ad‐hoc and ongoing operational reporting needs
