Workday HCM Technical Consultant

Responsible for configuration and support of RGP’s Workday HCM system including requirements elicitation, solution design, system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. This role serves as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert for assigned functional areas within Workday such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation and Absence Management .

Primary Functions:

• Leads the administration, maintenance and configuration of HR systems for the company.
• Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements for Workday enhancements and fixes.
• Key contributor on HR system projects (scope, design, testing, and implementation).
• Contributes to, develops and maintains systems and workflow architectures.
