Job Description

• Strategic workforce & capacity planning: Builds capacity models, translates demand into FTE needs, plans for peak periods, manages utilization, and mitigates capacity risks.
• Data-led demand forecasting & analytics: Analyzes historical volumes and seasonality; models impacts from new entities, system changes, automation, and scope expansion.
• Productivity, performance & cost optimization: Sets productivity benchmarks, monitors SLAs and backlogs, improves cost-per-transaction, and quantifies automation and process redesign benefits.
• Governance, reporting & decision support: Owns dashboards, performance reporting, and monthly capacity reviews; supports budgeting, headcount pla...
