 Are you passionate about HR topics and data analysis and want to gain deep insights into a new and future-oriented area of HR? As a working student in HR Controlling and Processes at RKW, you will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the entire HR process landscape: 
 You will get to know SAP SuccessFactors as our central HR data and management tool in order to collect analyses for HR reporting
 You prepare the results in management presentations and derive recommendations for action
 You support the definition of HR key performance indicators and the creation of HR dashboards
 You actively work on the creation, optimization and digitalization of various HR processes in an international environment
