 Für unsere Business Unit Technology in Frankfurt suchen wir eine/n Werkstudent*in IT (w/m/d)
  Dein Aufgabengebiet: 
 1st and 2nd Level IT Support für AXA IM Mitarbeiter am Standort in Deutschland
 Management/Pflege von Active Directory, Exchange und Ordnerberechtigungen
 Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
 Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung eines hohen Vertrauens- und Kooperationsniveaus mit anderen
 Fachbereichen und IT-Teams
 Support von Smartphone-Konfigurationen
 Installation und Konfiguration von Laptops

 Your Profile
 (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
 Know-How hinsichtlich Mailsystemen sowie Hardware und Konfiguration von Drucker, Laptops und Desktop PCs
 Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Wort und Schrift
