Employee Experience Consultant

In the Workplace Advisory practice, you will sit at the intersection of people science, analytics, and consulting. You will lead employee listening programs, generate actionable insights, and advise senior stakeholders on how to improve engagement, performance, and organizational health. This is an opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients, influence leadership decisions, and help organizations move from insight to measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy employee listening programs using Viva Glint (e.g., engagement surveys, onboarding/offboarding, 360 feedback).
