About the Role

BMW Bristol is looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Workshop Controller to lead our team of Technicians in our workshop. This would be a great opportunity for a Vehicle Technician with leadership experience who is looking to take the next step of their career, or an already established Workshop Controller who is looking for a new challenge. 

Job Opportunity

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the main job function consists of: 

• Demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills 
• Mentoring and developing our team of Technicians to ensure they are meeting all aspects of the BMW certification programme and their own personal development. 
• Responsibility for the quality of Technician output, ensuring we are maximising productivities, efficiencies and profitability.
