Family-Run Vehicle Repair Workshop Location: Small Heath
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: Occasional Saturday mornings

Workshop Manager Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our successful family-run vehicle repair business. This Workshop Manager role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team while remaining involved in the day-to-day workshop operations.

We are seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager who can oversee a team of approximately 6 staff, maintain high standards of workmanship, and ensure the smooth running of a busy workshop. The successful Workshop Manager will spend approximately 70% of their time managing the operation and 30% working on the tools.
This is an excellent position for a motivated Workshop Manager looking for a long-term career with a respected independent garage.
