We are recruiting for an experienced and driven Workshop Supervisor to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced workshop in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys leading from the front. Managing a fleet of HGVs alongside plant machinery, you will play a crucial role in keeping operations running efficiently, safely, and compliantly.
Workshop Supervisor’s Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the workshop team
* Carry out and oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs and plant equipment
* Plan and manage workshop schedules to minimise downtime and maximise fleet availability
* Ensure full compliance with DVSA/VOSA regulations and health & safety standards
* Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and inspection records
