Youth Program Summer Counsellor

Join Africa Centre's team as a Youth Program Summer Counsellor and help foster growth and resilience among children and youth. You'll plan educational activities and ensure a safe space for all participants.
During this 8-week camp, you will be responsible for creating programs that promote relationship-building and leadership for ages 6-17. Your role includes delivering daily activities with documented progress and maintaining safety during meals and throughout all programs while ensuring the environment is tidy and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create activities that enhance youth leadership and resilience
• Engage in program delivery while documenting experiences
• Supervise campers' well-being and safety across all activities
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities pre and post activities
• Encourage a vibrant and supportive environment for all children
