Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is seeking a Zoho Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions for our clients, helping drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision‐making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies and work remotely from locations such as the Philippines, Colombia, Egypt, Dominican Republic, South Africa, and Lebanon.

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting for streamlined processes
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third‑party systems, building custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions
