Job Description :

The Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services role involves working with relevant technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, develop, implement, and troubleshoot within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.

Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.

Provide expert‑level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Monitor performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.

Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.

Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
